This full time role involves working with the Continuous Controls Monitoring team to optimize and measure the effectiveness of technology security controls. You will define risk metrics, develop Key Control Indicators, and partner with stakeholders to create comprehensive reporting frameworks. Your analytical and strategic thinking will guide data-driven insights that strengthen enterprise security.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define cybersecurity control metrics for technology environments
• Develop Key Control Indicators and measurement frameworks
• Collaborate on policy design and governance metric incorporation




• Partner with stakeholders for reporting frameworks and dashboards
• Analyze security data for accurate control effectiveness measurement

Requirements:
• 10+ years in Information Security or IT
• 5+ years of hands-on cybersecurity controls experience
• Expertise in security governance, risk metrics, and reporting
• Familiarity with IAM, incident response, and cloud security
• Cybersecurity certifications preferred (CISSP, CISM, etc.)
