In the Capital Markets & Factor Investing department, you will play a key role in developing and executing portfolio strategies. This senior associate position requires strong investment judgment, strategic thinking, and quantitative analysis capabilities. Collaborating with senior leaders and investment teams, you will translate complex portfolio information into clear, actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead analysis for annual investment strategy reviews
• Evaluate strategic choices using a One Fund perspective
• Develop explicit, decision-useful materials for senior audiences
• Support relative-value and capital-allocation decisions
• Build trusted relationships with investment teams
Requirements:
• Relevant experience in investment management or portfolio strategy
• Strong understanding of financial markets and hedge fund strategies
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; GenAI experience is a plus
• Degree in a relevant field; CFA is an asset
