You'll optimize manufacturing processes, drive continuous improvement, and maintain critical performance metrics while supporting the growth of future leaders.

• Conduct analyses for continuous process improvement

Requirements:
• Degree in aeronautics, engineering, or operations management
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience
• Supervisory experience within a unionized environment (5+ years)
• Strong leadership and communication capabilities
• Bilingual in English and French
