Qualifications:
Ability to work well with limited supervision.
Ability to communicate and present yourself in a courteous, qualified manner with guests, team and management.
Must have a strong work ethic and also display a high degree of pride and integrity in job performance.
High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
Must hold a valid Smart Serve Certification.
Knowledge of principles,
values and processes for providing superior guest service.
Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented.
Ability to work under pressure in a rapid- paced environment.
Stand, walk and remain on feet and perform job duties for entire duration of your shift.
Job Description:
The Server & Bartender are responsible for ensuring the highest standards of hospitality are always demonstrated when assisting and serving guests of the hotel.
Follow all procedures as outlined in the Banquet Services Manual.
Follow all “Standard Bar Operating Procedures”
Provide value added service to customers to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Handle difficult guest inquires effectively or refer them to your supervisor when unsure or require assistance.
Ensure customer needs are met and followed up in a timely manner.
