In this role, you will drive the estimation process for complex projects valued from $1 million to $2 billion, including a variety of commercial and industrial buildings. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, your responsibilities will include the development of detailed cost estimates focused on architectural integrity and construction efficiency. Your expertise will be crucial in advancing Stantec’s reputation as a leader in building stronger communities through effective infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate development of multi-discipline cost estimates




• Validate construction quantities and material takeoffs
• Support estimators in scheduling and cost tracking
• Prepare cost estimation reports for clients
• Identify project risks and opportunities in estimates

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or similar
• At least 10 years of estimating experience
• Strong knowledge of building systems and structures
• Experience in either commercial or industrial facilities
• Capability to interact with clients and stakeholders
