We are seeking a reliable and professional Tow Truck Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating a tow truck, assisting customers in roadside emergencies, and delivering excellent customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate flatbed and/or wheel-lift tow trucks safely and efficiently

- Respond to dispatch calls for towing, roadside assistance, and recovery services

- Load, secure, transport, and unload vehicles without causing damage

- Perform basic roadside services (boosts, tire changes, lockouts, fuel delivery)

- Complete all required paperwork and digital logs accurately

- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues

- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company procedures

- Provide professional and courteous service to customers in stressful situations

Requirements





- Valid Class 3 or 5 driver’s license (Air Brakes endorsement preferred)

- Clean driver’s abstract

- Previous towing or commercial driving experience is an asset

- Ability to work flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and on-call shifts

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

- Physically capable of handling demanding tasks (lifting, securing vehicles, etc.)

- Good communication and customer service skills
