We're a growing vehicle logistics company based in South Mississauga, and we're looking for a Dispatcher / Fleet Coordinator to join our team as we expand our operations across Canada and the US. Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the hub connecting our drivers, our dealer partners, and the road. Day to day, you will plan and coordinate car hauling and heavy equipment loads across Canada and the US, build and manage pickup and delivery schedules to keep every load on time, and stay in constant contact with local and long-haul drivers so nothing falls through the cracks. You'll also communicate directly with dealers and clients to confirm pickup and delivery details and resolve issues as they come up, track and log completed deliveries, and maintain accurate records of bills of lading, delivery confirmations, and pickup paperwork.

On the carrier side, you'll screen current and prospective carriers for performance history and insurance compliance to keep our network reliable.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in transport, logistics, or car hauling dispatch is required. We need someone self-disciplined with sharp attention to detail — this role involves juggling multiple moving pieces at once,



and small mistakes on paperwork or scheduling can cause big delays down the line. You should be comfortable planning ahead rather than just reacting, and able to communicate clearly and confidently with drivers, dealers, and carriers alike.

This is a fast-paced environment, so the ability to think on your feet and make independent decisions under pressure is a must. French language skills are a strong asset, given our cross-border and multi-region operations.
