Become the Project Director for Alto’s high-speed rail initiative, leading the rolling stock, controls, and systems efforts. This role is available in a flexible hybrid mode from Montreal, Quebec City, Toronto, or Ottawa.

As Project Director, you will be the key figure accountable for delivering vital components of the high-speed train project. Your extensive experience in project management, combined with strong analytical and communication skills, will be essential for navigating challenges and facilitating team collaboration. You will ensure successful project outcomes aligned with strategic objectives and commitments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage delivery of scope, schedule, and quality commitments

• Identify and mitigate risks throughout project execution

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or related field
• 10-15 years of relevant experience in project management
• PMP certification is advantageous
• Expertise in project management software applications
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
