Moment Energy is on the lookout for a Final Assembly Lead Hand to lead the manufacturing team focused on innovative battery energy storage systems. Candidates with substantial experience as Industrial Electricians or in heavy assembly will thrive in this role. You'll be instrumental in ensuring protected operations, from assembly to comprehensive testing, promoting high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead assembly of battery enclosures and high-voltage systems
• Safely manage material handling equipment for heavy components
• Monitor compliance with engineering and safety standards




• Conduct thorough testing and validation procedures
• Provide mentorship and assign tasks within the team

Requirements:
• Canadian Journeyperson certification or 7+ years relevant experience
• At least 5 years in an industrial manufacturing role
• Solid electrical testing skills and system troubleshooting
• In-depth understanding of the Canadian Electrical Code
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience in manufacturing
