Make a difference as a Senior Resident Engineer at Arcadis in Vancouver. Lead site supervision and ensure quality in marine and heavy civil infrastructure.

We are currently looking for an exceptional Senior Resident Engineer to join our team in Vancouver. This role requires significant site-based experience and a solid technical background in overseeing complex infrastructure works, particularly in marine and civil sectors. As the lead representative for engineering on-site, you will ensure the integrity of construction and foster collaboration among diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead field engineering and inspection activities
• Document field reviews and supervise compliance
• Respond constructively to contractor inquiries and submissions




• Maintain oversight of construction contracts and associated claims
• Enhance health and safety practices at the construction site

Requirements:
• At least 15 years of applicable engineering experience
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural or Geotechnical Engineering
• Professional Engineer registration preferred
• Proven track record in site engineering and supervision
• Familiarity with Canadian construction codes and standards
