Reporting to the Director, Mining Geology, the Principal Geologist will review and enhance existing grade control processes. You will be responsible for creating mineral resource estimates, preparing necessary technical reports, and assisting in essential geological audits to ensure compliance and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct reviews of grade control improvement projects
• Develop short-term resource block models and relevant reports
• Engage in geologic reviews and collaborative assessments




• Liaise with mining, exploration, and engineering teams

Requirements:
• Must meet NI 43-101 Qualified Person criteria
• Degree in Geology or Geological Engineering; preferred graduate degree
• Minimum of 10 years of mining experience
• Robust skills in mineral estimation and 3D data modeling
• Effective communication and team collaboration abilities
