Kids Kottage Foundation seeks a full-time Shift Lead to focus on providing exceptional care for children aged 0-10 during crises. This position requires leading staff effectively while modeling quality childcare practices and overseeing daily program execution, with a rotating schedule of evening and daytime shifts. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop child development-aligned weekly activity plans
• Lead on-floor operations, ensuring team effectiveness
• Supervise routines, meals, and playtime for children




• Communicate necessary updates and issues to team
• Assist staff with behavioral guidance and crisis management

Requirements:
• Early Learning & Child Care certificate or credential
• 1-2 years in a childcare setting preferred
• Leadership role experience is advantageous
• Vulnerable Sector Police Checks necessary
• First Aid Level C must be current
