At Stantec, we're looking for a dedicated skilled with extensive knowledge in Oracle Database Administration and APEX environments. This role requires managing Oracle databases, troubleshooting performance issues, and orchestrating database lifecycle processes. You’ll work collaboratively with diverse teams to ensure seamless database operations across various environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain Oracle databases and APEX environments
• Implement disaster recovery and backup strategies
• Tune database performance and manage security protocols
• Facilitate APEX application configuration and support
• Coordinate upgrades with application server setups
Requirements:
• 5–10 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration
• Strong Oracle APEX and ORDS expertise necessary
• Knowledge of backup/recovery solutions (RMAN essential)
• Experience with both Linux/Unix and Windows environments
• Proven skills in problem-solving complex issues
