In this key leadership role, you will report to the President and be the technical authority at Flightpath, guiding the maintenance and airworthiness strategies for our aircraft fleet. Key skills include strategic leadership in regulatory compliance, oversight of maintenance documentation, and collaboration with Approved Maintenance Organizations (AMOs). Key Responsibilities:
• Lead maintenance programs and airworthiness strategies
• Ensure compliance with Transport Canada and FAA regulations




• Develop and maintain technical manuals and documentation
• Conduct technical reviews of third-party maintenance documentation
• Provide technical leadership during maintenance events

Requirements:
• AME license or equivalent aviation qualification
• Progressive leadership experience in aircraft maintenance
• Solid knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations
• Experience in overseeing outsourced maintenance services
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
