Take the helm as Director of the Wellness Centre and influence addiction-free lifestyles through holistic practices. Your leadership can transform community health paradigms.

As a key executive in our organization, you will lead the management of over 60 staff, ensuring effective program delivery and budget oversight. Your responsibilities will include assessing and enhancing service quality while developing comprehensive policy frameworks to support holistic well-being across mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual domains.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and improve Wellness Centre program outcomes
• Develop holistic treatment and aftercare programs
• Communicate effectively with the Board of Directors




• Manage reporting systems for Addiction Management
• Prepare strategic program budgets and reports

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Addictions or Health field
• Certified by a recognized Canadian agency
• Minimum five years in leadership roles
• Solid background in addictions and counselling
• Advanced computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office
