In this full time position, you'll report directly to the Director of Marketing & Communications, leading the stewardship program to deepen donor engagement across the organization. Your strategic insights will shape personalized experiences for donors and enhance their contributions towards exceptional healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee comprehensive donor stewardship programs
• Develop personalized donor engagement opportunities
• Manage stewardship communications and reports
• Establish donor recognition initiatives




• Collaborate with hospital leadership for impactful storytelling

Requirements:
• 7–10 years of fundraising or donor stewardship experience
• Strong background in developing donor relations programs
• Knowledge of Raiser's Edge NXT is preferred
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Ability to innovate within stewardship practices
