Key Responsibilities:
• Manage high-risk employment litigation from start to finish
• Serve as the main point of contact for labor authorities
• Lead projects on restructuring and works council negotiations




• Review and draft critical employment-related documents
• Collaborate across teams on multi-jurisdictional issues

Requirements:
• 7+ years experience in employment law, in-house or private
• Deep expertise in French employment law essential
• Fluent in English and French; Spanish or German advantageous
• Proven ability to manage high-risk cases independently
• Robust communication and negotiation skills
