Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or Finance preferred
• Over 7 years of relevant benefits experience
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis techniques
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM or equivalent platforms
• Excellent management and communication skills
