In this role, you will be instrumental in creating and refining the Floyd AI platform, which is essential for our investment teams. You will engage directly with users to ensure the delivered capabilities fulfill their needs, providing a mix of AI engineering and product input. The work includes taking ownership of complete solutions from idea to execution, ensuring that Floyd operates reliably and efficiently in a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop core functionalities for Floyd's AI-driven system
• Work alongside Data Engineers on feeding data pipelines




• Build and maintain the Python SDK and front-end components
• Ensure production-grade reliability and compliance
• Engage with investment staff to enhance product adoption

Requirements:
• At least five years in software or ML production
• Proven experience with scalable LLM applications
• Proficient in Python, comfortable with JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with data engineering on Databricks
• Fluency in English and French is beneficial
