Key Responsibilities:
• Lead maintenance operations to achieve high efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices




• Provide subject matter expertise for equipment purchases
• Establish and monitor maintenance performance KPI's
• Implement improvements in the CMMS for operational efficiency

Requirements:
• At least five years in a Maintenance Management role
• MMP certification is a plus
• Mechanical Millwright or Industrial Electrician qualifications beneficial
• Knowledge of ammonia plant operation preferred
• Proficient in MS Office applications
