BGC Yorkton is hiring for the Part-Time Program Leader role for the 2026-2027 School Year. This role requires individuals with at least 1-2 years of experience in working with children and youth. Key responsibilities involve planning creative activities, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining strong communication with participants and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute engaging youth programming
• Monitor and uphold safety protocols and attendance
• Encourage positive relationships with youth and stakeholders
• Document participant progress and provide feedback
• Be a positive role model in all interactions
Requirements:
• Minimum experience of 1-2 years with youth
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Comfortable in challenging, fast-paced situations
• Clear Police Record and Vulnerable Sector Check needed
• Shifts include after school and evening hours
