Key Responsibilities:
• Develop optimum operating profiles for Purolator Operations
• Improve operational processes to meet KPI targets
• Lead deployment of national projects and initiatives
• Provide technical training and support for field personnel
• Gather and analyze data to inform decisions
Requirements:
• BASc Degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience
• Strong skills in Excel, AutoCAD, and process mapping
• Ability to implement change effectively
• Flexibility to work in a 24-hour setting
