Key Responsibilities:
• Lead overall design management initiatives for projects
• Assist discipline-specific managers in technical direction




• Report on design progress to clients effectively
• Maintain design management frameworks and tools
• Identify and address design interface challenges

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering field
• P.Eng. designation in BC or eligible for it
• At least 15 years of experience in design management
• Familiarity with Canadian engineering codes
• Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
