In this permanent, full time role, you will manage and deliver road maintenance services reporting to the Director of Road Maintenance and Drainage. You will utilize your technical and operational expertise to ensure compliance with department priorities while fostering a strong safety culture among supervisors and field staff. Possessing excellent interpersonal skills, you will collaborate with other county departments for integrated service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee road maintenance programs effectively
• Ensure safety and efficiency in service delivery




• Provide leadership to supervisors and field staff
• Monitor budget activities and performance metrics
• Foster collaboration across county departments

Requirements:
• Post-Secondary Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
• CET Designation required
• Minimum five years of road maintenance management experience
• Strong communication and issue resolution skills
• Valid class 5 driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
