Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor program quality and promote community health
• Direct holistic counselling across treatment and aftercare
• Lead daily Wellness Centre program management
• Develop and maintain operational policies




• Provide support to the Board of Directors in strategic direction

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Addictions or a health-related field
• Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership position
• Certified by a recognized certification body
• Familiarity with budget oversight exceeding $2 million
• Must have valid CPR & First Aid Training
