Key Responsibilities:
• Elicit and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Analyze existing processes and system capabilities




• Create detailed business requirements documents and user stories
• Support SIT, UAT, and business validation activities
• Facilitate workshops across business and technology teams

Requirements:
• 5+ years in Business Analysis within Financial Services
• Experience in Market Risk and Counterparty Credit Risk
• Hands-on Python for data analysis and automation
• Solid skills in JIRA and Confluence
• Proven ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity
