Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic vision and leadership for the Federation
• Engage volunteers and staff in implementing community initiatives
• Advocate with government and community organizations




• Cultivate relationships to boost fundraising efforts
• Align programs with community needs and interests

Requirements:
• At least three years in a senior managerial role
• Experience in a nonprofit setting, preferably in the Jewish community
• Passion for and understanding of Jewish culture
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Capacity for analytical thinking and problem-solving
