• Oversee daily plant operations and staff activities
• Train and develop Junior Process Engineers
• Execute onboarding and training plans for current staff
• Analyze performance data and suggest improvements
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance standards

Requirements:
• Three years minimum in technical plant operations
• Experience in water treatment and relevant certifications preferred
• Engineering degree or related field is advantageous
• Competency in using MS Office and technical documentation
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
