In this influential role at Lightmatter, you will lead the design and testing of cutting-edge ASICs, leveraging your experience in DFT to facilitate the development process. You will ensure thorough testing by collaborating with various technical teams and managing end-to-end DFT processes. Key Responsibilities:
• Insert DFT into ASIC designs, including boundary scan
• Generate test patterns both automatically and on a targeted basis
• Collaborate with Physical Design and RTL teams effectively
• Manage post-silicon DFT testing and debugging
• Automate DFT processes using effective scripting
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
• At least 13 years in ASIC DFT engineering
• Experience with 2 or more completed tapeouts
• 2+ years' experience with DFT CAD tools
• Proficient in Python, TCL, or equivalent scripting languages
