Agilus by Synergie is seeking an SAP Training Lead located in downtown Calgary. This role offers a hybrid work model to develop trainings for SAP implementations in the oil industry.

In this position, you'll spearhead the creation of a detailed training strategy for a significant SAP rollout. You will collaborate with SAP consultants and business teams, crafting targeted training materials and overseeing their delivery. Tracking the training effectiveness and ensuring ongoing support post-implementation is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create training strategies for SAP implementation
• Partner with SAP consultants to design training materials
• Oversee training delivery across the organization
• Monitor attendance and effectiveness of training sessions
• Help assign employees to the correct SAP roles

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in software training
• Expert knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, and Workday
• Experience with go-live training support
• Proven ability to build SAP training strategies
