Responsibilities:
Consult stakeholders (individually or by means of facilitating group sessions) to identify comprehensive business requirements;
Facilitate meetings (brainstorms, backlog refinements, planning sessions) with the clients and the development teams to get the stakeholder requirements.
Write user stories with acceptance criteria to capture the needs of the clients.
Produce diagrams (process flow diagrams, swim lanes diagrams, context diagrams, status diagrams, etc…) to show multiple views of the required features.
Analyze the current state of the business to find what works and what is missing to document the "to be" state with the clients.
Work on AGILE SCRUM teams supporting the Product Owner to populate and refine the Product Backlogs
Must Haves:
Reliability Clearance
10 year of Business Analysts experience
Experience managing a backlog using ADO
Experience creating business process model diagrams using BPMN annotation
Experience working with UX and development teams
