Drive transformational clinical technology implementation across TFP as the Lead Clinical Systems & Digital Implementation Skilled. Own the technology that improves patient care at multiple clinics.

This role reports to the SVP Technology and entails complete accountability for clinical system deployments, including EMR installations and digital tool implementations. You'll work closely with clinic staff to ensure smooth transitions and effective training. Your ability to manage timelines, resolve blockers, and support clinical operations will be vital.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own full lifecycle of clinical digital tool implementations
• Create scalable implementation strategies and playbooks
• Manage go-live readiness and post-launch evaluations




• Coordinate stakeholder engagement across multiple clinics
• Facilitate comprehensive training for clinical staff

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in clinical systems rollout
• Demonstrated experience with EMR and digital health tools
• Effective project management and cross-functional teamwork
• Familiarity with clinical workflows in operational roles
• Knowledge of health data privacy regulations
