Your role will be essential in advocating for residents, ensuring adherence to health authority policies, and enhancing interprofessional learning opportunities. You will evaluate and improve the quality of educational offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Fraser-based postgraduate medical education programs
• Develop and implement improved training programs
• Collaborate with medical school leadership for educational alignment




• Evaluate training programs for quality assurance
• Chair the Fraser Health Medical Education Committee

Requirements:
• Physician licensed in British Columbia
• Background in medical education leadership
• Experience with accreditation processes
• Advanced degree in medical administration preferred
• Exceptional management and collaboration skills
