As a Kitchen Leader at Chipotle, you will be vital to the kitchen's success, preparing superb food and managing kitchen operations. This role provides a great opportunity to mentor Crew members and cultivate a winning team spirit. You will focus on maintaining supply levels, upholding cleanliness standards, and facilitating effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure high food quality through preparation and cooking
• Manage food waste and monitor kitchen inventory
• Support a strong team dynamic in the kitchen
• Train upcoming kitchen leaders within the Crew
• Maintain kitchen equipment and cleanliness standards
Requirements:
• High school education or GED required
• Previous restaurant experience preferred
• Open availability for at least four days weekly
• Commitment to 32 hours per week minimum
• Understanding of the Food With Integrity philosophy
