You will leverage at least four years of experience in aircraft interiors to lead repair and installation activities. Your ability to support technicians and interpret technical documents will ensure that all tasks comply with FAA standards. Your role will also involve training junior team members, fostering a skilled workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage installation and repair of interior parts
• Lead a team in aircraft maintenance operations
• Read and apply engineering drawings accurately
• Execute fitting and assembly tasks for interiors
• Ensure inspection and quality standards are upheld

Requirements:
• 4+ years of focused aircraft interior experience
• Specific knowledge of widebody aircraft interiors
• Experience interpreting engineering documentation
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• FAA Airframe license preferred
