In this role, you will be a key player in managing the Town's $4.9 billion asset portfolio. Your responsibilities will include developing asset management plans that align with regulatory standards and coordinating the annual capital budget alongside numerous stakeholders. This position offers a chance to lead initiatives that optimize municipal infrastructure for the community’s benefit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create long-term asset renewal programs
• Engage with various municipal and organizational partners
• Provide condition assessments for municipal assets
• Maintain up-to-date pricing schedules for budgeting
• Collaborate on departmental infrastructure planning studies
Requirements:
• Civil Engineering degree with a P.Eng. designation
• Five years of experience in asset management
• Expertise in lifecycle analysis and forecasting
• Proficiency in MS Office and GIS tools
• Class G Ontario Driver’s License required
