Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver focused care to residents, ensuring safety and dignity
• Communicate changes in resident health to nursing staff

• Participate in developing individualized care through teamwork

Requirements:
• Graduate of a recognized Health Care Aide program
• Experience with elderly populations in health settings
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification recommended
• Current Vulnerable Sector Check required or must be obtained
