As we launch our Stem Cell Laboratory, we're looking for a Quality Management Lead who can manage the critical aspects of quality assurance and regulatory compliance. This senior role will oversee all phases of the laboratory start-up, including equipment validation and staff training, ensuring that operations meet the highest standards. Your leadership will be vital to achieving FACT accreditation and maintaining superior quality systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead planning and execution of laboratory start-up activities
• Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and accreditation standards




• Develop quality management systems and documentation
• Coordinate internal audits and quality reviews
• Monitor continuous improvement initiatives in the laboratory processes

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and CMLTO License
• Minimum of 5 years in quality assurance within regulated settings
• Robust background in stem cell and biotechnology
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of risk management and quality improvement frameworks
