Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit and develop a team of Project Managers
• Direct the execution of standards projects
• Shape the annual execution and budget plans




• Collaborate with various departments for business growth
• Engage with external stakeholders to advance the program

Requirements:
• Relevant degree: BSc or B.Eng
• At least 5 years of Program Management experience
• Strong background in strategic planning
• Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of data and agri-food trends
