Key Responsibilities:
• Manage company-wide Real Estate accounting and IFRS16 reporting
• Lead the preparation of financial analyses and forecasts
• Maintain key vendor relationships for real estate




• Facilitate monthly balance sheet and income statement analysis
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal processes

Requirements:
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in finance
• CPA designation and a university degree required
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior management
• Proven track record of detail-oriented financial oversight
