This position will lead NCSY Canada's educational initiatives by integrating formal and informal education into a cohesive experience. As the architect of the educational vision, you will oversee program alignment with Jewish values and facilitate staff training to enhance educational effectiveness. Additionally, tracking the student journey allows for identifying opportunities to deepen overall impact.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement an integrated educational strategy
• Create an aligned educational calendar reflecting Jewish traditions




• Train staff in delivering engaging education and mentorship
• Define and enhance the student engagement experience
• Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement

Requirements:
• Solid background in Jewish education (formal/informal)
• Experience in curriculum design and program development
