Become the Trade Supervision and Oversight Manager at Fidelity, working within a flexible hybrid setting. Ensure compliance and effective supervision of diverse trading activities across Canadian markets.

In this pivotal role, you’ll collaborate closely with Trading, Compliance, Risk, and Technology teams to enhance trading practices. You will leverage trade analytics and maintain adherence to CIRO and CSA regulations while driving the improvement of supervisory controls and surveillance metrics. Your expertise will contribute significantly to vendor management and execution efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily trading compliance across multiple asset classes
• Implement trade surveillance and monitoring systems




• Conduct routine supervisory reviews and exception reporting
• Update policies in line with regulatory expectations
• Manage vendor relationships and monitor SLAs

Requirements:
• In-depth knowledge of CIRO Dealer Member rules
• 5 years’ experience in trading or compliance roles
• Excellent analytical skills for risk assessment
• Experience with cross-functional team collaboration
• Relevant degree or extensive industry experience
