Key Responsibilities:
• Foster open and candid communication within the department
• Consult with patients in-clinic by appointment
• Collaborate with specialists on individualized plans




• Administer ultrasound guided interventional therapies
• Innovate care practices with evidence-based methods

Requirements:
• Medical Degree (MD) with CCFP designation
• Registered with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario
• Strong preference for a Sports Medicine Diploma holder
• Experience with competitive athletes is beneficial
• Outstanding communication and bedside manner required
