Aritzia is expanding its Finance Technology team, seeking a strategic leader to architect and enhance enterprise finance platforms. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Risk teams to deliver robust technology solutions. This includes managing SAP implementations, vendor partnerships, and overseeing full solution delivery lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the Finance technology strategy and roadmap
• Lead vendor selection, negotiation, and governance
• Direct translation of business requirements into user-centric designs
• Oversee solution delivery across technical requirements
• Manage change control, training, and user adoption
Requirements:
• 10+ years in enterprise Finance technology solutions
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP ECC/S4HANA
• Proven track record leading high-performing teams
• Familiarity with AI and automation platforms
• Experience in retail or consumer-facing environments
