WINMAR® Canada is looking for an accomplished Financial Controller in London, Ontario, to spearhead financial operations and compliance. Bring your CPA and leadership skills.

As the Financial Controller, you will manage the accounting team at WINMAR® and ensure compliance with Canadian tax and accounting regulations. The role entails overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and developing strategies for financial improvements. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s financial health and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct monthly and annual financial closing processes
• Prepare financial statements in line with ASPE or IFRS




• Supervise the accuracy of balance sheet reconciliations
• Present financial results to executive teams
• Implement robust internal controls and operational processes

Requirements:
• Degree in accounting or finance
• Must hold a CPA designation
• 3–5+ years in a financial management role
• Experience with audit processes and reporting
• Proficient in JD Edwards or equivalent ERP systems
