Reporting to the VP of Design and Construction, you will be responsible for comprehensive construction oversight and strategic leadership. This role encompasses managing a complex portfolio of construction programs while ensuring alignment with telMAX’s expansion objectives. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to implement governance frameworks and performance metrics effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and develop a team of construction managers
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and delivery standards
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance




• Establish strong partnerships with municipalities and stakeholders
• Implement operational improvements for network deployment

Requirements:
• 10+ years of progressive telecommunications construction experience
• Experience managing large-scale FTTH deployments
• Proven track record of contractor and financial management
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
• Relevant degree or certifications in construction
