Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to and manage resident concerns efficiently
• Maintain a safe and clean living space for clients




• Observe safety issues and report them accordingly
• Work collaboratively with care agencies
• Engage in continual learning and skill improvement

Requirements:
• Completion of Health Care Aide program with practicum
• Prior experience in community health services
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification preferred
• Ability to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check
