In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all lifting and rigging tasks on major construction developments. With at least a decade of experience in heavy civil construction and a robust understanding of regulatory standards, you will lead teams and drive project success through strategic planning and safety initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage execution and planning of rigging activities
• Ensure safe compliance with industry standards
• Oversee crane operations and material handling
• Conduct site-specific hazard assessments and briefings
• Maintain detailed records of lift plans and inspections
Requirements:
• 10+ years in heavy civil or major construction
• 5+ years in rigging and lifting supervision
• Valid Rigging and Hoisting certification required
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation
