Salary: UoM 6 - $100,847 - $109,163 p.a. plus 17% super

Your next career opportunity Support the introduction and implementation of new casual scheduling processes and systems across the Faculty of Business and Economics. This role will support people managers in understanding and using the newly implemented UKG time and attendance system for casual appointments.

What you will deliver:

- Build Strong Relationships: Partner with academic managers of casuals to support scheduling and approval of casual pay.
- Coordinate Faculty wide processes: Maintain master data for upload of teaching and learning activities into scheduling systems.
- Risk management: Work with Workforce Compliance teams to report and mitigate risks.
- Innovate and Improve Processes: Develop and adapt processes for time and attendance management across the Faculty

You may be a great fit if you have:

- Strong excel skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Well-developed communication skills,



with the ability to engage clearly and professionally with a range of stakeholders
- Experience using scheduling/booking systems or software or managing other similar processes (timetabling)
- Ability to develop and refine processes to meet stakeholder needs
