The successful candidate will handle a diverse portfolio of

insurance defence and civil litigation matters , including

motor vehicle accident (MVA) claims and complex insurance disputes . Lawyers will work alongside experienced litigators while taking increasing responsibility for their own files. What You Bring

2+ years of insurance defence litigation experience Experience with Ontario insurance litigation and civil procedure Strong legal writing, pleadings,
